Los Angeles, CALate last night best selling author, AIDS/cancer patient, Peter
McWilliams was finally released from federal custody, after a month of abuse and medical
neglect.
See
How the
Government Helps Medical Marijuana Patients:
"McWilliams vomited repeatedly in court Friday, prompting guards to keep a trash can
nearby."
Today he had to report to Pretrial Services as the first part of the continuing
harassment to which he will be subjected over the months ahead. He will, of course, have
to submit to random "drug" testing.
As soon as he got home last night, McWilliams sent out an email to his friends saying,
"I am out, I am home. I am Okay. I am going to bed. Take good care. Enjoy."
I will be interviewing him in the days to come.
I will also have updates from Todd McCormick.
