Drugtext, The Foundation On Drug Policy and Human Rights. This site
deals with all aspects of the "drug prohibition," and has a search engine for
most of the anti-prohibitionist sites. It is run by my good friend Mario Lap in the
Netherlands. Mario is one of the most knowledgeable people in the anti-prohibitionist
movement and is an expert on the Internet as well.
It is good to see that the Dutch have decided not to lose their
lead in cannabis expertise.)

The Dutch National Cannabis Agency (as announced earlier) will be installed on the
first of November regulating the production and trade of cannabis products to be used for
medical and scientific purposes.
It is necessary to install such a Government agency in order to produce and deliver
cannabis products for medical and scientific purposes in compliance with the international
treaties.

The installment of this agency will make researchers independent
of foreign (US or UK) deliveries which is of importance when the research will show that
cannabis may help patients suffering from diseases such as cancer and multiple sclerosis.
Minister Borst (Public Health) has appointed the National Institute for Public Health
and Inspection of Health Care to control the cannabis production.
